Members are users of Mashallah.app or the dedicated mobile application, having created an account and holders of a Basic Subscription or a Premium Subscription taken out under the terms and conditions below.

3. Definitions

The following terms, whether used in the singular or in the plural in these General Conditions of Service and Use, will have the following definition: Subscription means the periodic contract to which the Member subscribes for the purpose of benefiting from the services offered by Mashallah.app . Member means any adult natural person subscribing to the Services for their personal needs and having created, to do so, a personal Profile on Mashallah.app. Personal Profile means the personal account created by the Member on Mashallah.app, accessible through the Identification Elements in the "My Profile" section of Mashallah.app, containing in particular the Member's identification information. Services means the free and/or paid Services made available to Members holding a Basic or Premium Subscription and described in Article 6 of these General Conditions of Service and Use.

4. Scope, acceptance and modification of the General Conditions of Service and Use

The General Conditions of Services and Use are intended to define the conditions under which the company LT Services allows Members to register on Mashallah.app, create their personal Profile and subscribe, at their discretion, to a Basic Subscription or a Premium Membership. The creation of his Personal Profile, then the subscription of a Basic or Premium Subscription by the Member implies the acceptance without restriction or reservation of these General Conditions of Service and Use as well as the Privacy Charter. Any use of the Services automatically entails the application of these General Conditions of Service and Use. 5. Registration on Mashallah.app and creation of a Personal Profile

5.1. Registration on Mashallah.app

5.2. Identification elements

At the end of the process of creating his Personal Profile, the Member has Identification Elements. The Identification Elements are strictly personal; the Member undertakes to keep them confidential and not to transmit them to third parties. The Member alone is authorized to access and use the Services using his Identification Elements. Any access to the Services with the Member's Identification Elements is automatically deemed to have been made by the latter and under his responsibility. Therefore, in the event of loss, theft or any fraudulent act with regard to the Identification Elements, it is up to the Member to inform LT Services as soon as possible and to justify on this occasion his identity by all means. If LT Services has legitimate grounds to believe that the security of Mashallah.app has been violated and/or that misuse of all or part of the Services is due to unauthorized use of the Identification Elements of one or more Member(s), LT Services may temporarily suspend access to the personal Profile of the Member concerned, in order to preserve the integrity of Mashallah.app and the data and, if necessary, require the Member to modify his Identification elements via the "My Account" section of his Personal Profile. Similarly, if the Member selects a pseudonym for the Identification Elements allowing him to access his Personal Profile which would be inappropriate, contrary to morality or infringing the rights of a third party, LT Services reserves the right to suspend access to the Personal Profile concerned.

6. Description of Services

6.1. Free services – Basic subscription

The creation of the Personal Profile offers all Members the possibility of unlimited access to free Services, for the entire period of access and validity of their Personal Profile. The Member is free, at any time, to terminate access to the Services and to request the deletion of his Personal Profile. 7. Commitments and obligations of the Member in connection with the use of Mashallah.app and the Services

7.1. Member's obligations

8.2. Security of transactions on Mashallah.app

On the Mashallah.app mobile application, directly from Apple via the Member's iTunes account, without LT Services being able to access any information (including banking) of the Member in this regard. The transaction for the first period of the Premium Subscription is recorded by Société Générale, which in turn delivers to LT Services a subscriber number which will allow it to identify it internally. The subscriber number allows LT Services to then send the said bank a payment order for the payment of the monthly installments to be made at the time of the automatic renewal of the Premium Subscription carried out under the terms and conditions of article 9.3 hereof. When the Member takes out a Premium Subscription on Mashallah.app, LT Services only keeps the first four (4) numbers and the last four (4) numbers and the expiration date of the Member's bank card for the sole purpose of identification and this, to ensure the commercial relationship with the Member for three (3) years from the Member's last connection to Mashallah.app. LT Services does not keep the full number of the bank card, nor its cryptogram. 9. Duration of Subscriptions – Renewal and Termination

9.2.Duration of Premium Subscriptions

Paid services purchased through the Apple Store


If a Subscriber purchases a Paid Service using their Apple ID, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms and conditions, over which Mashallah has no control. To request a refund, a Subscriber must go to iTunes, click on their Apple ID, and follow Apple's cancellation and refund instructions.

11. Suspension of the Member's Subscription and deletion of the Member's account

LT Services reserves the right to delete messages which are sent massively by a Member in order to preserve a normal quality of use of the service with other Members. LT Services may also suspend the visibility of Members who use the Services automatically. A presumption of automated use of Mashallah.app exists when the Member posts messages at a frequency that cannot result from human and manual action. The Member will then be notified of the suspension of his visibility and may contact LT Services to remedy this situation. LT Services also reserves the right to withdraw access to a Member who has subscribed to a Subscription but who does not comply with the General Conditions of Service and Use, in particular in terms of customs or practices on the site, and this without any financial reimbursement from LT Services. In the event of non-payment by the Member of the Subscription within the required deadlines, LT Services will suspend all access to the services for the Member as soon as possible. 13. Availability of Mashallah.app and Services

14. Termination of Subscription

In the event of non-compliance by the Member with one of the conditions of these General Conditions of Use and Services and more generally in the event of: payment of the Premium Subscription by means of a fraudulent payment order; opposition to the payment of the Premium Subscription before the end of its term; actions that contravene these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Services. LT Services will then send an e-mail to the Member acknowledging his unsubscription and indicating the consequences and the effective date of the end of his Subscription. It is in any event acquired that any sum paid by the Member to LT Services is definitively acquired by the latter. The termination of the Personal Profile has the consequence, in addition to the conditions of Article 11, of the immediate deletion of access to the Paid Services included in the Premium Subscription, to which the Member will no longer have access.

If a Subscriber has purchased Paid Services using their Apple ID, automatic renewals and terminations are handled by Apple under its own terms and conditions, over which Mashallah has no control. To request termination of a Paid Service, Subscriber must go to iTunes, click on their Apple ID and follow the instructions.

15. Liability

15.1. Limitation of Liability

The Member is solely responsible for the use he makes of the Services and the Content he publishes on Mashallah.app and his Personal Profile. LT Services cannot under any circumstances be held liable in the context of a procedure brought against the Member who is at the origin of non-compliant use of the Services. The Member acknowledges and accepts in this regard that he will be personally responsible for any complaint or procedure brought against LT Services, due to the non-compliant use by him of the Services and/or the publication of Content. Mashallah.app may contain hypertext links to third-party websites. Considering in particular the evanescent nature of the content that may be broadcast there, LT Services cannot be held liable in the event that the content of the said third-party websites contravenes the legal and/or regulatory provisions in force. Finally, LT Services cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of a foreign country where the use of the Services and/or the downloads would be made. 15.2. Content posted on Mashallah.app by a Member

The Member is solely responsible for the use he makes of Mashallah.app and the Services and more generally for any operation made from his Personal Profile. The Member is solely responsible for all data and information concerning him that he publishes on Mashallah.app as well as for any Content that he has provided, whether this data is accessible or transmitted to the public via the social network or discussion forum (such as by hypertext links) or that they have been transmitted to a third party by e-mail or that they are accessible on his personal Profile on Mashallah.app. The Member acknowledges that LT Services, in its capacity as host of the Content published by the Members, does not exercise a priori control over the Content and data transmitted to the public via the Services accessible on Mashallah.app such as the social network, the discussion forum or the blog and that it has no general obligation to monitor Member Content distributed via Mashallah.app. Having therefore only the role of host of content accessible online, within the meaning of the provisions of Directive 2000/31/EC of June 8, 2000, LT Services can therefore only intervene on the Content disseminated within the framework of the Services in the case where an abuse would be reported to him by a Member by sending an email to the following address. Upon receipt of this notification, LT Services will make its best efforts to ensure the deletion of the disputed Content denounced and disseminated by the Member via the Services. 15.3. Third Party Content Accessible on Mashallah.app

The Member acknowledges that in its capacity as host, within the meaning of the provisions of Directive 2000/31/EC of June 8, 2000, content, third-party offers and/or hypertext links to third-party websites, LT Services does not does not exercise a priori control over these contents and hypertext links accessible via the Services available on Mashallah.app and has no general obligation to monitor these elements. LT Services cannot therefore be held responsible for the performance and quality of the services offered by these third parties. Thus, when the Member clicks on this Content, third-party offers and/or hypertext links pointing to third-party websites, it is their responsibility to read the specific conditions of each third-party offer as well as the general sales, use and privacy statements applied by these third parties and available on their websites. LT Services has no control over the content of these third-party websites and declines all liability in this regard or in respect of any harm or damage that may arise from their use. 15.4. Major force

LT Services cannot be held liable if the performance of one of its obligations is prevented or delayed due to a case of force majeure as defined by article 1218 of the Civil Code.

17. Intellectual Property

17.1. Copyright on Mashallah.app

LT Services is the holder or concessionaire of the intellectual property rights both of the general structure of Mashallah.app and its content (texts, slogans, graphics, images, videos, photos, programs and other content), excluding any Content Posted by Member. Therefore, any representation, reproduction, modification, distortion and/or total or partial exploitation of Mashallah.app and/or its content and/or the Services, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without express and prior authorization of LT Services, is prohibited and constitutes acts of copyright infringement. Similarly, any unauthorized use of Mashallah.app and/or its content and/or the Services engages the criminal and civil liability of the Member on the basis of copyright infringement.

17.2. Distinctive signs

The trademarks, logos, corporate names, acronyms, trade names, signs and/or domain name of LT Services and/or its business partners mentioned on Mashallah.app, allowing access to the Services made available by LT Services, constitute distinctive signs that cannot be used without the express and prior authorization of their holder. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of these distinctive signs is therefore prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement, usurpation of company name, trade name and domain name engaging the civil liability of its author.

17.3. Hypertext links

The hypertext links accessible on Mashallah.app, allowing access to the Services, to other websites and in general to all existing resources on the Internet cannot engage the responsibility of LT Services. The Member may not under any circumstances set up hypertext links to deep pages of Mashallah.app, allowing access to the Services and this, by any technical process intended to bypass the Member's identification field or to proceed the aspiration of all or part of the content of the Services made available by LT Services. The "framing" technique is prohibited, except with the express and prior authorization of LT Services.

17.4. Services

The Member acknowledges and accepts that access to the content of the Services made available by LT Services does not imply any transfer or concession of intellectual property rights (particularly copyright) and other personality rights (image rights , privacy) for the benefit of the Member. Access to the Services is exclusively limited to the private and personal use of the Member under the conditions and limits defined in these General Conditions of Use and Services.

18. Protection of Personal Data

Notwithstanding the provisions referred to in this article 18, LT Services undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the Personal Data communicated by the Member on Mashallah.app when creating his Personal Profile and to process them in compliance with the applicable provisions in terms of processing of personal data. 19. Cookies

LT Services uses cookies on its Website. Cookies are information relating to the navigation of the Member's computer and which make it possible to determine the pages he has consulted, their date and time of consultation. At no time do these cookies allow LT Services to personally identify the Member. The shelf life of these cookies on the Member's computer will not exceed thirteen (13) months. The Member is however informed that he has the option of opposing the registration of these cookies, in particular by configuring his Internet browser to do so.

20. Miscellaneous

20.1. Correspondence - Evidence

Except as otherwise provided in these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Services, correspondence exchanged between LT Services and the Member is handled exclusively by e-mail. The Member acknowledges and accepts that the information delivered by LT Services by e-mail and/or on Mashallah.app is authentic between him and LT Services. 20.2. Entirety

These General Conditions of Use and Services express all of the obligations of LT Services and of the Member.

20.3. No Waiver

The fact for one of the parties not to take advantage of a breach by the other party, of any of the obligations referred to herein, cannot be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation. in question.
