Log in, then go to your profile tab, you need to click on the "Settings" section in the top right corner, then on "My Account".

Click on the "Delete my account" button. Confirm by clicking again on the red box, "delete my account".

Then, write the word "DELETE" and confirm on the red "Delete" button.
