Subscription not taken into account - iPhone/Android

If you subscribe to Mashallah you have access to all platforms without any extra charge.

For example, if you subscribe to a 1 month Mashallah pass on the website, you can connect to the Android application, iPhone or the mobile version without any extra charge.

If you connect, for example, on the iPhone or Android application, you can not send a message or read your messages while you have a valid subscription please disconnect and reconnect, your subscription will be effective at the connection. If this does not work, contact us to help you.

  • On iPhone:

To activate your subscription on iPhone, follow the procedure below:

- Click on the tab of your profile, then on "Settings" in the upper right corner
- Click on "My account" then on "Restore my account".

A "Sign in to iTunes Store" window will appear, asking to "enter your Apple ID password".

This is a verification from Apple.

A "Connect to iTunes Store" window will appear, asking you to "enter your Apple ID password". This is a verification from Apple.

Once the password is entered correctly, the subscription will be activated immediately.

  • On Android:

Click on your profile, then on "Settings" and "My Account". You will find the "Restore my account" section.

We invite you to click on it, it should activate your subscription.
