If you have subscribed to our site via the iTunes store or from the application downloaded from the App Store, you can stop the automatic renewal by logging into your Apple account from a computer with iTunes or directly from your iPhone.
- From iTunes:
On the home screen, go to "Settings."
Click on iTunes and App Store".
Click on your Apple ID, then click on "Show Apple ID". You may need to sign in or use Touch ID.
Click on "Subscriptions".
Select Mektoube. Simply uncheck the automatic renewal.
If the Mektoube subscription does not appear, make sure you have used the correct Apple ID.
- From your iPhone:
Click on the App Store tab on your phone and then on News from the "Select" section.
In "News", drag your page down to see "Apple ID: xxx@yyy.zz".
Then click on "View Account" or "Sign In".
Go to the "Subscription(s)" section and click on the "Manage" button to deactivate the option to confirm the automatic renewal request.
This option can be deactivated by dragging the button so that it appears grayed out.
If despite this procedure, the registration of the renewal stop is not done normally, please contact directly the Apple customer service (phone number available on the site www.apple.com/fr/support/).
The procedure may change at any time, depending on the version of your iTunes and or the version of your iPhone.
Mashallah can in no way manage the termination of your subscription via Apple.
